Monday AM Workout (Shron's Group)

Warm up

Æ 300 pull choice

Æ 4x 150 (150= Fr/Bk; Fr/Br; Fr/Fly)

Æ 300 swim choice

Set #1 : FINS and PADDLES

8x75 Alternating: 1) Head up Fr 2) Fr 1,2,3 switch drill

15” rest between 75’s

Set #2

4x100 IM (by 12.5 m)

on 2:30/2:45

Set #3: FINS

2x400 IM (i.e.: 100m of each stroke)

1:00 rest between 400’s

TOTAL=3000m
