Set 1 (1100m)

10x100m I.M. - 3 @ 1:55/2:05
3 @ 1:50/2:00
2 @ 1:45/1:55
1 @ 1:40/1:50
1 @ 1:35/1:45
100 easy choice

Set 2 (600m)

3x200m FR @ 3:10/3:30

Cool down (400m)

4x100m choice - 50 kick, 50 pull @ 2:30

Total 3300m
