Æ 12 x 25 (3 Fr/ 1 choice) on 30”

Æ 2 x 200 pull Fr 15” rest

Æ 12 x 25 (3 Fr/1 choice) on 30”

Æ 4 x 100 pull Fr 15” rest

Set #3

3 x 100 Breast, swimming 1 stroke/3 streamline kicks underwater
